D & EDU Training CC trading as Dimensional & EDU training C Corporation is owned by Theo van Schalkwyk and is based in Pretoria East, Gauteng The company was established in 2005 as a leading, innovative consulting partner and will manage the learning and development requirements of the Private Sector, Government Sector, Enterprise, Businesses and Mines. The company is a service provider for HWSETA and received full accreditation and is accredited with relevant regulatory bodies in South Africa.
D & EDU Training CC has adopted an outcome-based approach to learning and development whereby training curricula is designed in a manner that there is a direct link or correlation between the learning outcomes of training courses and the competence required in the workplace.
All Courses has been accredited by HWSETA and each course has its own unique SAQA Unit Standard Number. Qualified and accredited staff will conduct the training.
D & EDU Training CC will be available to provide learner support during learning after learning and to assist learners with counselling and career advice. The company will be available during normal working hours and after hours to address learner requests and concerns.

WHO NEEDS HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING?
The Occupational Health and Safety Act, of 1993 Section 8 states that:
- You do! Whether you are an employer or self-employed, are you sure that you’re up to date with how to identify the hazards and control the risks from your work?
- Your managers and supervisors do! They need to know what you expect from them in terms of Health and Safety, and how you expect them to deliver.
- Your employees do! Everyone who works for you, including self-employed people, needs to know how to work safely and without risks to health. They also need to know how they can raise any health and safety concerns with you.
You should consider the capabilities, training, knowledge and experience of workers; and ensure that the demands of the job do not exceed their ability to carry out their work without risk to themselves and others.
It is important to keep records of training. You should monitor training records so that refresher training can be given when needed.
